图卷使用条款
1. 条款
使用图卷即表示您同意受本使用条款约束，遵守所有适用的法律法规，并对遵守任何适用的当地法律承担责任。如果您不同意这些条款，则不得使用本应用。本应用包含受适用的著作权法和商标法保护的材料。
2. 使用许可
我们授予您临时下载本应用中材料（信息或软件）一份副本的许可，仅限个人、非商业性的临时查看。这是许可的授予，而非所有权的转让。根据本许可，您不得：
(1) 修改或复制这些材料；
(2) 将这些材料用于任何商业用途或任何公开展示（无论商业或非商业）；
(3) 试图反编译或反向工程本应用所含的任何软件；
(4) 删除材料上的任何版权或其他所有权标记；
(5) 将材料转让给他人，或在任何其他服务器上镜像这些材料。
如果您违反上述任何限制，本许可将自动终止，图卷也可随时终止本许可。许可终止后，您必须销毁您持有的任何已下载材料，无论是电子形式还是印刷形式。
3. 购买
图卷高级版按固定期限一次性购买（例如一周、一个月或一年），通过支付宝或微信支付付款。它不会自动续费，除非您自己选择再次购买，否则不会再次扣款。期限结束后，高级功能将被锁定，直到您再次购买。您的购买与本设备绑定。如果您更换或重置设备，请联系我们，我们会帮您恢复剩余期限。如有退款或支付问题，请通过 unfurlsoft@gmail.com 联系我们。
4. 免责声明
(1) 图卷应用中的材料按"现状"提供。图卷不作任何明示或暗示的保证，并在此否认所有其他保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵犯知识产权或其他权利的暗示保证或条件。
(2) 此外，图卷不对使用本应用中材料的准确性、可能的结果或可靠性作任何保证或陈述。
5. 责任限制
在任何情况下，对于因使用或无法使用本应用及图卷中的材料而产生的任何损害（包括但不限于数据或利润损失，或因业务中断造成的损害），图卷或其供应商均不承担责任，即使图卷或其授权代表已被口头或书面告知发生此类损害的可能性。由于某些司法管辖区不允许对暗示保证加以限制，或不允许对间接或附带损害的责任加以限制，上述限制可能对您不适用。
6. 材料的准确性
图卷中出现的材料可能包含技术、排印或图片方面的错误。图卷不保证其网站上的任何材料准确、完整或最新。图卷可随时更改其网站上的材料，恕不另行通知，但图卷不承诺更新这些材料。
7. 修改
图卷可随时修改本使用条款，恕不另行通知。使用本应用即表示您同意受届时有效的使用条款版本约束。
8. 适用法律与争议解决
除非 (i) 纳入本条款的任何适用附加条款另有规定，或 (ii) 您所在司法管辖区适用的法律法规另有强制规定，本协议以及由本协议引起或与之相关的任何争议或索赔，均适用中华人民共和国法律。由本协议引起的、与之有关的或与之相关的任何争议、争论或索赔（无论基于合同、侵权或其他），包括本协议的存在、效力、解释、履行、违约或终止，均应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）仲裁并最终解决，仲裁地为北京。仲裁按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

Terms of Use for Unfurl
1. Terms
By using Unfurl, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The App contains materials protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
A license is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
(1) Modify or copy the materials;
(2) Use the materials for any commercial or public display (commercial or non-commercial);
(3) Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the app;
(4) Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
(5) Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.
This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Unfurl at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Purchases
Unfurl Premium is sold as a one-time purchase of a fixed period (for example one week, one month or one year), paid through Alipay or WeChat Pay. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy again. When the period ends, premium features are locked until you make another purchase. Your purchase is tied to this device. If you change or reset your device, contact us and we will help restore the remaining period. For refunds or payment problems, contact us at unfurlsoft@gmail.com.
4. Disclaimer
(1) The materials within the Unfurl App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Unfurl makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
(2) Further, Unfurl does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the app.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Unfurl or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within Unfurl, even if an authorized representative of Unfurl has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing within Unfurl could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Unfurl does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Unfurl may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Unfurl does not make any commitment to update the materials.
7. Modifications
Unfurl may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
8. Governing Law and Disputes Resolution
Except where (i) any applicable additional terms incorporated into these Terms provide differently, or (ii) the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise, the Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute, controversy or claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Agreement, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and the place of arbitration shall be in Beijing. The arbitration shall be conducted according to the CIETAC rules in effect at the time of arbitration. The award of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon both parties.
